Personal training

Randolph Fight Center offers classes that are taken in group atmospheres. However, we also offer private lessons for those that want to perfect their skills and accelerate their growth.

Legion

Take your workout to the extreme and maximize your results. The Legion is specially designed to work your entire body without putting excessive strain on any one part. Time was spent carefully choosing and organizing specific workouts to provide a full body and core workout that helps tone muscle and burn fat.

Classes For All Fitness Levels

Not everyone starts at the same fitness level. We have a large variety of classes that will challenge you in different ways. We work with you to help you grow from wherever you are to where you want to be. If you choose for it to be, martial arts can be a life long journey of growth.

Haganah

Randolph Fight Center is proud to be an Authorized Training Center of Haganah. Haganah is an Israeli self defense system developed by Mike Lee Kanarek. Developed from Israeli Special Forces tactics and training, Haganah is the epitome of real world self defense training.

This class is intended for adults only!

Tae Kwon Do

Randolph Fight Center offers Tae Kwon Do training for all ages! Whether you want your child to train, or wish to train yourself, you can find a home with us! A Korean striking art, Tae Kwon Do focuses on good footwork with strong technique, specializing in kicks. Randolph Fight Centers instructors use the five core tenets of Tae Kwon Do to create strong, respectful, and passionate martial artists.

Muay Thai

At Randolph Fight Center, we offer kickboxing in the form of Muay Thai. Muay Thai is a fantastic program to build strength, speed, toughness, and overall physical conditioning. We teach technical striking, while emphasizing endurance and speed.

Hapkido

Our Hapkido program is run by Master Joe Nilon. A Korean art, Hapkido focuses on flow and redirection to apply joint locks, while also incorporating some striking. An effective self defense system, Hapkido brings out the confidence and calmness of oneself.

Danzan Ryu Jujitsu

DanZan Ryu means the “Hawaiian System.” It emphasizes throwing, hand arts, and submissions of all kinds. Every technique utilizes “minimum effort for maximum effect” by using the power of your attacker, to provide you with a strong defense.

DanZan Ryu Jujitsu is different from Brazilian Jujitsu in that it relies more on techniques from standing rather than on the ground. In this regard it is more closely related to Judo and Hapkido, both of which share the same lineage with DanZan Ryu.

Classes are for Everyone:
Whether you are a child, teen, or adult, there is a class offered for you. Because the techniques can be done effectively with “minimum effort,” DanZan Ryu Jujitsu can be practiced by all who are interested. It does not require that a person be stronger than his or her opponent. In this regard, both men and women can be on a level playing field.
